Poem by Gerard Sarnat

Six months and change

since American Capitol

seized

          (almost),

a vast military parade

in Paris now celebrates

Bastille

            Prison’s

fall during which corner’s

turned on their revolution,

Proudboys /

                 Oathkeepers

6 January 22 frissoned Sturm

und Drang in rearview mirror?
