Poem by Nivedita Shori
Words flow Like rivers into the ocean And the ocean embraces Wordlessly Fiercely loving, fearlessly forgiving Thunderously loud, stoically silent Come, my love, Let’s abandon words Words of wisdom, Of power, Even of love. Come, sit, but for a moment Here with me And wordlessly we shall Inhale the promise Of loving, of giving, of learning, of receiving Exhausted we are, you and I Come, let’s swim away Into the magical salt of Earth Far into the exquisite And watch how words wash away Dance and sing and mingle and crash Toss and turn and twirl and splash Reach their salvation Arrive at their destination Break away from all meaning And rejoice in existing, in being

…Just like true love.
This is beautiful, thank you.
Thank you, Kaitlyn! Yes, just like true love. It is so wonderful that you were able to feel and capture this underlying thread.
