Air, Fire and You

Poem by Olumide

The fondly air is my oratory
Words sometimes as oozing breeze
Moments, as the gentle touch of wind
My law is nature
It’s art, it’s form and sculpture.
My time is the recalcitrant sun
Every day it is torn and gladly reborn
My love is you
I’d gladly spend life to say “I do”.
I’d cross the mountains and come to you
I’ll fill the valleys and walk by you.
My God, my Lord. You are the third.
My light and fire, the life I desire
The one, my wholesome boo.
My air is you.
